It’s official — We Are Fulfilment is now fully consolidated into a single site, with operations running from our new UK ecommerce fulfilment centre in Nottingham.
We’re proud to announce that We Are Fulfilment has officially completed its move into a brand-new 80,000 sq. ft. ecommerce fulfilment centre in Nottingham, bringing our entire operation together under one roof.
This marks a major milestone in our journey — the creation of the WAF Super Hub: our biggest and most advanced facility yet. It strengthens our position as one of the UK’s most forward-thinking third-party logistics (3PL) providers, enabling us to serve ambitious ecommerce brands with greater scale, speed, and precision.
Driven by the vision of CEO Holly Hadfield and Operations Director Alec Hunt, this consolidation represents a new era for We Are Fulfilment — one built on smarter operations, deeper partnerships, and technology-enabled growth.

At 80,000 square feet, our new Nottingham fulfilment warehouse gives us more than triple the capacity of our original location. This expansion allows us to take on new partners, scale existing ones, and build dedicated fulfilment zones tailored to each brand’s requirements. It’s a site designed for growth — with room for advanced automation, improved workflow, and increased throughput to support high-volume ecommerce operations.
Led by Operations Director Alec Hunt, every detail of the Super Hub has been engineered for efficiency. From improved inbound logistics to streamlined pick paths and optimised packing stations, we’ve redesigned our entire layout to make fulfilment faster, smarter, and more accurate. The result? Reduced handling time, improved order accuracy, and the ability to manage peak volumes without compromise.
