Our Origin Story.
Back in the surreal COVID-19 days, our founders, Trent Peek and Richard Ardis, were entrepreneurs of several online businesses. When orders began flying in, the trust, paperclip organisation system they were using became overwhelming and so, they needed to find fulfilment experts.
An easy task, right?
After speaking with countless fulfilment companies, they hit a brick wall. Fed up by the quality of the industry, they decided to do it themselves!
After sourcing a warehouse, some fancy software and building a top-tier team, they snagged a 4.8 TrustPilot rating with over 20,000 reviews raving about the customer journey and the delivery experience. It then dawned on them, other e-commerce businesses must be frustrated too.
And so…
