We Are Fulfilment is excited to announce the appointment of Holly Hadfield as Chief Operating Officer, effective from mid-June 2025. This marks a key milestone in our journey as one of the UK’s fastest-growing 3PL providers.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across logistics, FMCG, third-party fulfilment, and supply chain consultancy, Holly brings deep operational, commercial and strategic insight to our senior leadership team.
Driving Operational Excellence Across UK Fulfilment
Holly joins us following senior roles at SCALA, Culina Group and Tangle Teezer, where she led high-impact transformation programmes across warehouse design, systems implementation, cost control and supply chain strategy.
Her career spans the full logistics journey—from data-led supply chain modelling to hands-on fulfilment operations. During her time at SCALA, Holly spearheaded national projects aimed at building agility and resilience in post-pandemic supply chains. At Culina Group, she played a key role in embedding financial business partnering and strategic cost management.
Now, as Chief Operating Officer at We Are Fulfilment, Holly will lead all operational departments across our fulfilment network—enhancing partner experience, service consistency, and data capabilities as we scale.
