Six Steps to Successful Onboarding.
Our onboarding process is stress-free and easy.
With clear, simple steps, we ensure a smooth transition for all of our partners, allowing us to launch seamlessly and begin a successful partnership.
1. The Initial Call.
The initial call provides us with an overview of your requirements. We can produce a bespoke quote and understand your current operations, future ambitions and current barriers to help find appropriate fulfilment solutions.
2. Our Solution.
We will provide a detailed proposal, including an online demo, a full pricing breakdown and an outline of our other services which we can provide to help you elevate your brand.
3. Transition.
Whether you ship in-house fulfilment or at another fulfilment centre, we will create a detailed plan to transition operations to We Are Fulfilment. Working with our partnerships team, we’ll eliminate business disruption and deliver a smooth switch.
4. Set Up & Training.
Our onboarding experts will train your team on our platform, help configure the required set up and ensure that you are confident using our system.
5. Testing.
Testing is done on each core process, from receiving goods to despatching them, we make sure that we are in the best position to go live.
6. Go Live.
Testing is complete and both parties are comfortable. A date is agreed to begin order fulfilment from WAF. We can switch everything at once or agree on a transition period.
